What Is 9D Breathwork?

9D Breathwork is a deeply immersive breathwork experience that combines guided breathwork 
patterns with 9-dimensional audio — layering binaural beats, isochronic tones, solfeggio 
frequencies, subliminal messages, and powerful music to create a full-body healing journey. 
Unlike traditional breathwork, 9D Breathwork engages the entire nervous system, helping 
you access deep emotional release, clarity, and restoration.

At Impact Wellness Solutions, we offer 9D Breathwork in Ashland, VA in three formats:

1.  Group Sessions (In-Person) — A shared, supported experience in our Ashland studio. $50/person.

2. - Private 1:1 Sessions— A personalized 2-hour experience tailored to your needs. $150.

3. - Virtual Sessions — Experience the journey from home, guided live. $40 (group) / $150 (private).
