Embodiment Sessions

Most of us have spent years learning to live from the neck up — thinking, 
analyzing, pushing through. The body meanwhile has been quietly holding 
everything we haven't had time to feel.

 

An Embodiment Session is a 2-hour deep dive into somatic healing that brings 
you back into the full intelligence of your body. Through a combination of 
nervous system regulation, breathwork techniques, and myofascial release, 
you'll learn to interpret your body's signals, release physical holding 
patterns, and build the kind of emotional resilience that lasts.

What Happens in a Session

Each session is tailored to you and may include:

  • Nervous system regulation — grounding techniques that help your body shift out of fight, flight, or freeze

  • Breathwork — conscious breathing patterns that move stored emotion and restore natural rhythm

  • Myofascial release — hands-on bodywork targeting the connective tissue where tension and trauma are held

  • Somatic awareness practices — guided attention to your body's signals so you can begin to understand and work with them on your own

  • A sense of physical lightness or release
