Hi. I'm Kristy.
The world told me I was broken. Too Much, too sensitive, too wounded to be whole.
But every threshold I was forced to cross, every ending, every unraveling---was actually an initiation.
I found my sovereignty in my own breath and body. I found my healing in sacred sisterhood, in circles of women who witnessed me instead of fixing me.
Now, as a trauma-informed bodyworker and 9D Breathwork Facilitator, and your retreat leader, I guide women across their own thresholds----back to their truth;

I'm Martha.
Becoming a Shamanic Medicine woman was a life calling for me. Stepping into my power and presence, however, was it's own journey.
I had many stories to unlearn and inner wounds to love.
As a sexual assault and attempted abduction survivor, I have walked through the darkness and the light and have found the love and wisdom of the divine in both.
I have done the work to be able to hold you in your truth- no matter how scary that feels.
I can, and will, witness you with the compassion of the divine.
It is my honor to share healing, wisdom, and practical tools with all people--especially women who are ready to reclaim (or are actively embodying) their sovereignty.
