Escape into nature for a restorative mountain weekend designed to ground your nervous system, reconnect with your body, and rest deeply.

The Experience

Friday Evening

Arrive and settle in. Share a potluck dinner together, then drift into presence through a guided soundbath—a gentle introduction to three days of intentional movement and stillness.

Saturday

The heart of the retreat. Begin with a grounding vinyasa flow, then move into the forest for guided forest bathing and a nearby hiking trail. Return to the property for a hands-on cooking class and nourishing lunch together.
