The postpartum season is one of the most profound — and most underserved — 
transitions a body will ever go through. Hormones are shifting, sleep is 
fractured, identity is reshaping, and the nervous system is working overtime. 
And yet most of the care available stops at the six-week checkup.

 

Mother Body Connection is a 3-part breathwork and somatic support series 
created specifically for new mothers and their families in the weeks and 
months after birth. Each session is gentle, paced to where you are, and 
held with deep respect for the magnitude of what your body has done and 
is still doing.

 

 

 

 


- 3 private breathwork and somatic support sessions (in person or virtual)
- Sessions paced to your postpartum timeline — no rush, no pressure
- Trauma-informed facilitation by Kristy Wright, CMT
- Space for emotional processing, nervous system restoration, and gentle reconnection to your body
