When you step into my space, my priority is your comfort and sense of safety. Trauma informed massage therapy is more than bodywork. It is an experience that recognizes how stress, overwhelm, or past trauma can live in the body, and how thoughtful, supportive touch can help release tension from both the muscles and the nervous system.
Before we begin, we take a moment to talk through what you need and what feels supportive for you. You always have a choice in every part of your session. I will ask about pressure, areas of focus, and any boundaries you want respected, and I encourage you to speak up at any time during the session. Your body is your guide, and I am here to follow at your pace.
My goal is to create an environment where you feel seen, honored, and never rushed. Through grounding techniques and gentle therapeutic touch, I help the body unwind layers of stress and make space for calm, clarity, and reconnection. Many of my clients come to me with chronic tension, anxiety, PTSD, or simply a desire to be cared for in a way that respects both body and mind.
