Healing Ancestral Lines Workshop The body carries more than your story. Woven into your nervous system are the unspoken experiences of those who came before you — their grief, their resilience, their unfinished healing. Ancestral patterns don't just live in memory. They live in the body, in the breath, in the way your system learned to protect itself long before you had words for why. This workshop is an invitation to go back — not to relive, but to release. In this sacred group container, we use the immersive power of 9D Breathwork to gently access what has been inherited and held in the body. Through intentional breath, layered sound, and somatic attunement, we create space for patterns older than you to soften, shift, and begin to complete themselves. You don't need to know the full story of your lineage to do this work. Your body already holds it. We simply create the conditions for it to move.
